my bff and her boo are in the hospital right now. they're gonna be parents within the - let's see here, 19 hours? (5 hours ago it was within 24 hrs). she's a month early. but is healthy. i guess that bebe is a big boi and is ready to come on out!
i almost lost it on the bus. nearly burst into a big ole bath of tears. but i didn't. i guess i got a little emotional. it's like, time to grow up! and omgomgomg i love tessa hernandez so much i can't stand it. and she's a gonna be a mama. very, very soon. (like, a really really good mama).
i don't think i want kids. so this is pretty much the equivalent to me giving birth (kinda a big deal). i will be this child's fairy hipmother. teach it cool shit. give it fake tattoos. that kinda stuff.
so baby johnson, lil tessa, lil baby boo. i heart you lots.
guess i'll be making that return trip to minneapolis a lot sooner than i originally thought.
